Shipping and delivery
We use few carriers to deliver orders including Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, USPS.
Estimated delivery time does not include handling time.
Handling time is 1 - 5 business days.
Shipping outside of Canada and USA
Due to oversized parcels with teepees, we CAN ONLY ship teepee with DOWELS to CANADA and USA..
To other counties we ship out only fabric part WITHOUT dowels.
Recommendations for dowel's: 180cm X 1,5cm (72" X 5/8") (4 pcs for S and M and 5 pcs for L size)
We do not ship Big Floor Cushion to any International country other then Canada and USA.
The pole value has been deducted from the international shipping fee, so the international shipping fee listed is much cheaper than the price in the post office.

Material used for our products
The fabric used for the teepee has no fire retardant and free of chemical.
Poles are wooden ROUND dowels.
Some teepees has outdoor fabric. Outdoor fabric more durable, water-resistant, and does not loose colors on the sun.
String Light made of 100% cotton thread and safety battery operated LED light.
Floor cushions has hypoallergenic polyester filling inside.
Disclaimer
The teepees are designed for kids 3 years old and up. The sale or subsequent use of our products is without warranty or liability. As with any toy, children should be supervised during use.
Care instructions
All teepees could be easily washed into a washer machine.
For 100% cotton we suggest to use dry cleaning or cold washing.
Polyester teepees could be washed on Normal Cycle or wiped out with wet clothes..
Iron Teepee inside-out.
.Please note that our product not designed or intended for use around open flames, fire etc.
All tepees could be folded as an umbrella and stored into a closet or under the bed.
Floor cushions and mats could be washed in a washer machine on Gentle cycle and alone. For best result, floor mat should be dried on flat surface. Floor cushion may be dried in dryer machine alone.
