Shipping & Delivery

We partner with a variety of carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and others, to ensure reliable delivery of your order.
Please note that estimated delivery times do not include our handling time, which is typically 1–5 business days.

Packaging

Whenever possible, we use recycled and reused boxes, packing materials, and envelopes to reduce waste and help the environment. While your order will always be carefully packed, you may notice your box has had a previous adventure before arriving at your door.

International Shipping

Due to the oversized nature of our teepee packages, we are only able to ship teepees with poles (dowels) within Canada and the USA.

For all other countries, we ship only the fabric portion of the teepee — dowels are not included.
Recommended dowel size: 180 cm x 1.5 cm (or 72" x 5/8")

·       Small and Medium teepees: 4 dowels

·       Large teepees: 5 dowels

Please note: Large Floor Cushions are not available for international shipping outside of Canada and the USA.

The cost of the dowels will be deducted from international shipping rates, making them significantly lower than full package rates at the post office.
